The hotel offers a $15 credit that can be used for food from their restaurants, an on site starbucks, or the mini store. Some of my team had been billed an incorrect rate for their stay, but that got fixed promptly. The few issues that arose had to do with billing. The staff there is not only nice but responsive and took care of solving any problems we had. Not a big issue, still had a pleasant stay. The only drawback was that it was really loud when it turned on…but so was my neighbor which I could easily hear from a door that connected both our rooms. The climate control was responsive and did a good job of maintaining the desired temperature. There was plenty of USB ports and outlets all over the room. The hotel has very nice decor and an indoor swimming pool with a large area to lounge. I stayed there three weeks on a business trip.
